| 1. | It is requested to all customers to cancel an order you must contact us ASAP to process the cancellation. Orders usually ship within 24 hours of being placed. |
| 2. | Customer will be charged delivery amount (250/- Karachi & 350/- other cities) if they refused to accept the order. |
| 3. | Once you have placed the order, It can’t be changed. If you want to change anything from the order (address & contact) let us within 24 hours. |
| 4. | All customers will receive an email at the time of placing their order. |
| 5. | We ship orders across Pakistan, delivered at doorstep. All orders shipped through from Monday-Saturday. Delivery within Karachi will take a week and 2 weeks for other cities. |
| 6. | The rider will call every customer at the time of delivery, if customer doesn’t answer the call, the order won’t be delivered. |
| 7. | We don’t have any exchange or refund policy at moment. |
